Sneak ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sneak Seller Portal at sell.sneak.eu. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our seller platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when creating and using your seller account:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number
- Business details: business name, VAT number, address
- Payment information: IBAN, BIC for payout processing
- Inventory data: product listings, SKUs, pricing, stock levels
- Google account data: email address and spreadsheet access (if you connect Google Sheets for stock sync)
- Usage data: login timestamps, pages visited, actions taken within the portal
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your seller account
- To process transactions and payouts
- To sync inventory from connected Google Sheets
- To generate invoices and financial reports
- To communicate about your account, sales, and offers
- To comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, anti-fraud)
4. Google Sheets Integration
When you connect Google Sheets, we request read-only access to your spreadsheets. We only access the specific spreadsheet you configure for stock sync. We do not access, read, or store data from any other files in your Google account. You can disconnect Google Sheets at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access immediately.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Payment processors to execute payouts to your bank account
- Shipping carriers to fulfill orders containing your items
- Tax authorities when legally required
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email)
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for sensitive data including payment details and integration credentials. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. All data is stored in EU-based data centers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain transaction records and invoices for 7 years as required by Finnish accounting law. You can request data export or deletion by contacting us.

As an EU-based service, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
