Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a seller account on sell.sneak.eu, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Sneak Seller Portal and your relationship with Sneak as a seller on our marketplace.

2. Seller Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sneak reserves the right to approve or reject seller applications at our discretion.

3. Listings & Inventory

• You may list sneakers, clothing, collectibles, and related products for sale through the Sneak marketplace
• All listed items must be authentic, unworn (unless stated), and accurately described
• It is your responsibility to ensure each product has been checked for correct sizing and any potential quality control issues or flaws
• The product you are selling must be in hand at the time of deal
• If you are uncertain whether your product will pass our checks, you can verify with us before confirming the deal
• You are responsible for keeping your stock levels accurate, whether managed manually, via CSV, or via Google Sheets sync
• Sneak reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies
• Prices are set by you but Sneak may make offers or suggest pricing

4. Dealing

• Once a deal has been accepted it can no longer be cancelled — make sure you have the correct and flawless products before confirming
• If you repeatedly cancel deals you will be permanently banned from selling
• After a deal is confirmed, you must provide your seller email and box dimensions within 1 business day or the ticket will be closed

5. Shipping

• You are required to ship your items within 2 business days of receiving the shipping label
• If you cannot ship within this timeframe, you must inform us before confirming the deal
• If the shipping label has not been scanned within 2 business days from receiving it, your deal will automatically be cancelled
• You must provide 100% accurate shipping box dimensions for your package — the shipping label is billed by volumetric weight
• Please pack as small as possible because labels are billed by volumetric weight
• Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect box dimensions will be automatically deducted from your final payout
• If you are shipping in multiple boxes you must let us know which items are in which boxes
• Whenever possible, please arrange for a pickup from your address rather than using drop-off locations

6. Authentication & Declined Products

• All items sold through Sneak undergo authentication upon arrival
• For any declined or incorrect products, a handling fee of 10% (minimum 15 €) plus the cost of the original shipping label (typically around 15 € + VAT for single pair shipments) will be charged
• If you wish to return a declined or incorrect product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs
• Payment for return shipment must be completed within 2 weeks
• If your declined product has no issues, it can also be consigned at our store
• Repeated authentication failures may result in account suspension

7. Payouts & Fees

• All deals are done with payment on arrival unless an agreement for payment in advance has been made
• Payments are usually made within 1 business day of authentication
• During busy periods, or depending on the product model, there may be a delay of 1–3 business days in the authentication process
• Payment is made to the IBAN registered on your account
• Commission rates are agreed upon during onboarding and may vary by category
• Invoices are generated automatically and available in your seller dashboard
• You are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes

8. Returns & Disputes

If a buyer returns an item, Sneak inspects it and determines the outcome. Items returned in original condition are re-listed or returned to you. Sneak handles all buyer communication regarding returns.

9. Consignment

For consignment sellers, items are shipped to Sneak in advance and stored until sold. You may update your listings and prices at any time through the seller portal. You get paid as items sell. Sneak handles storage, listing, and fulfillment.

10. Dropship

Dropship selling is available by invitation only for trusted and select sellers. Dropship sellers ship directly to customers from their own warehouse. Inventory must be kept up to date via Google Sheets sync or API.

11. Google Sheets Integration

The Google Sheets stock sync feature is provided as a convenience. Sneak reads your connected spreadsheet on the schedule you configure. Sneak is not responsible for incorrect stock levels resulting from spreadsheet errors. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding payouts will be processed before account closure. Sneak may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly list inauthentic items.

13. Limitation of Liability

Sneak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the commission fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
